On-site Inspection

The Secretariat may conduct on-site checking, including random, surprise and routine inspections, to verify the project progress and results for individual projects. The Secretariat has the right to request access to any information related to the project. The Secretariat may also require the applicant to attend meetings to examine the progress of the project.
